Did you know many of our property listings are sold without even being advertised? The majority of these ‘express sales’ are to buyers who have pre-registered on our exclusive in-house database.

These buyers are notified by email alert at least 2 weeks prior to our new listings being officially placed on the market in Australia.

Equally, we have been contacted recently by many sellers who have recently upgraded and are wishing to take advantage of our databank of affluent investors. Many of our investors are offshore Expatriates who are looking to purchase a property prior to returning to Australia in the next 2-3 years.
